Please review this guide carefully, as it contains important details, policies, and helpful tips.

57 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012 (Entrance on Bowery Only)
MARKET HOURS
Open to the public:
Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Vendor Load-In:
Weekly/Weekday Vendors:
7:30 PM-8:30 PM on previous Sunday or 9:00-11:00AM on Monday
Weekend Vendors:
9:00-11:00AM on Saturday
All booths must be fully set up by 11:00 AM sharp.
Booths that are not set up/fully staffed before 11:00 AM on the starting date will be charged a fee of $25.
Vendor load-out:
Sundays, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
For Weekday Only Vendors:
Friday 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Load-out and booth breakdown are only permitted after the market closes.
Booths that are not moved out before 9:00 PM on the ending date will be charged a trash removal fee of $100 for remaining items at Pop-Up Collectives discretion.

BOOKING PACKAGES
Single space: roughly 7’ by 5’ space
Spaces are assigned on-site upon arrival, no advance requests.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, racks, and displays unless they have previously chosen and paid for a table rental provided by Pop-Up Collective NYC.
We currently do not provide chairs or other furniture.
CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
Check your email for your acceptance letter and confirmation.
Submit your non-refundable payment via your Stripe payment link.
Spaces are granted on a first-to-pay basis.
Sold out? Email info@popupcollectivenyc.com to see if other dates are available.
By submitting payment, you agree to all Pop-Up Collective NYC Terms & Services listed in this guide.
LOAD-IN & SETUP
Arrive during your designated load-in time and check in with a team member.
If it’s your first weekend with us, plan to use the full setup time to meet the team and get comfortable with your booth.
Vendors may leave display items overnight only if booked for consecutive days or with prior approval.
Late arrivals (after 11:00 AM) may be charged a $25 late fee.
LOAD-OUT
Vendors must remain open until 7:00 PM each day.
Load-out begins after 7:00 PM on Sunday for Weekend and Weekly and Friday for weekday ONLY.
Merchandise cannot be stored on site between non-consecutive bookings unless with request and prior approval.
AMENITIES
Private Wi-Fi (password provided at check-in).
Restroom access for vendors.
Fitting Room: located next to bathroom
Music & atmosphere: Pop-Up Collective curates playlists to keep the energy vibrant.
Lighting & outlets: OUTLET ACCESS ARE LIMITED, please bring your own extension cords.
MARKETING & PROMOTION
To help us build buzz, please:
Post at least two stories and a post in the week leading up to your market dates.
Post at least one feed post and two stories during your market week.
Tag @popupcollectivenyc and use the hashtag #popupcollectivenyc.
Add “Pop-Up Collective NYC, Nov 28–Dec 28” (or your date range) in your bio while you’re vending.
Follow and engage with your neighboring vendors!
This helps us ensure that the market gets lots of traffic and everyone sells more!
DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS
Booth sizes vary slightly 7×5 ft is the standard booth size
Maximum display height: 6 ft for free-standing setups, 8 ft for wall-backed booths.
Backdrop: Please limit the size under 6ft wide and 8ft tall.
Do not obstruct neighboring booths or aisles.
All aisles must remain clear for customer flow.
No painting, drilling, or permanent modifications to any surface.
Pricing must be visible somewhere on your display.
All display elements, items, and objects must stay within your booth footprint.
Remove all stickers, trash, tape, and other items at the end of your booking.
VISUAL GUIDELINES
Your space should reflect your brand and creativity!
Lights/lamps are highly recommended.
Use furniture risers to elevate your table, it helps with bringing your products to the customer's sight.
Tables must be covered with full-length fabric or textile (no plastic covers).
Hide storage boxes and inventory from customer view.
Use cohesive hangers and signage colors.
No hanging items from the ceiling or visible tape adhesives.
Decorate your booth to match the overall holiday theme!
SIGNAGE
Every booth must clearly display your brand name.
If you bring a backdrop: Max 6’ width equal to your booth space, max height 8ft.
Brand name must be clearly readable from at least 6–8 feet away. No tiny cursive fonts.
MERCHANDISING TIPS
Less is more: highlight your best sellers and signature pieces.
Group items into collections.
Use lighting and props to create focus.
Label prices clearly.
Keep your booth open and inviting from multiple angles.
WHAT TO BRING
Your full display setup (tabletop décor, risers, racks, mirrors, trays, stands etc).
Tables, chairs, racks and any other display furniture.
Tablecloth (required). Make it clean and wrinkle-free.
Lighting, lamps recommended
Snacks + water, stay fueled
A small trash bag for your own waste.
Business cards or postcards, QR codes
Credit card reader + backup payment method.
Extension cords or power strips.
Signage and price tags.
Bags, wrapping, and packaging supplies.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Booths must be staffed at all times (except short bathroom breaks).
Be attentive, use your phone only for transactions or social media posts.
Keep valuables secure and within sight.
Pop-Up Collective NYC is not responsible for preventing theft or loss of any item or product. We highly recommend purchasing a security camera for your space.
Dispose of trash nightly and break down all boxes.
Respect your fellow vendors and Pop-Up Collective staff, we’re all here to support one another.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
All bookings are non-refundable.
Pop-Up Collective NYC does not offer rescheduling or refunds under any circumstance.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Pop-Up Collective NYC is built on respect, inclusivity, and creativity.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or any conduct that creates a hostile environment.
We expect all vendors and their staff to uphold these values toward other vendors, shoppers, and staff members.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the market without refund.
